Jeff is honest and transparent in terms of his fees, incentives and the offers from the banks. Proof of this was when his research showed that the best deal for me – was in fact to remain at my current bank. Although this meant a very small fee for Jeff
compared to a ‘moving bank fee’ – he still recommended that I take the deal. This shows professional integrity – thanks Jeff. Also he was happy to drive down to meet me where I work in the wilds of Penrose!
